coming back from my trip, I stopped and spent the night with Georgia Boy, our old friend Ray. He has some issues, but then who past their 70th birthday doesn't? Ray and Vicky are looking good, doing ok, and are wonderful people.
We talked a lot about the old camping days with the Frugal Squirrels group. Ocala NF, General Coffee and other locations. So many close friends gone, dropped out, or lost interest. Sad.

If we host another camp out it'll have to ADA compliant for all of us lol .
Glad they are doing well.
Host up a camp out Mann. If anything it'd get some of the old regulars to show hopefully.
Only issue is least at the Florida level, you gotta plan so far ahead because even the remote camp areas are all online now and get reserved fast.

Ray says his camping days are over. His health, back and such, eliminate his attending. I see him a few times a year when I drive north. I don't think I have ever met a finer man in my life.
If there were some interest for a camp, I'd not mind helping set it up. General Coffee or in Florida, or someplace else. January through March are not totally booked in for me yet
