We had an earthquake today 5.1 in central Oklahoma. No damage here but enough to get ole crazy dad/husband 5 minutes of listening time on how to react during one. Blessings in disguise and a chance to review plans and reactions. Bring it up to your family

there have been a few/several in Arkansas just north of Little Rock. I have been wondering if all of the gas drilling in the area was having an impact on the increase in EQ activity.. When they drill for gas and oil don't they do something that helps break up the rock formations to help liberate whatever they are drilling for
      just curious

Small earthquakes have been rapidly increasing for unknown reasons. Alot of speculation about increased drilling but I don't know, I'm no scientist and hardly that smart. Like I said though it was a great time to review plans and hopefully some of our emergency resonders got to thinking about SAR too.
