  • Vegas shooter complained about loud country music

I knew if you played Country music backwards you got your car back, your dog back, your wife back and your trailer back, but I didn't know it drove people to kill.

I worked for a place that played Delilah from 1900-2200. It was triggering.

I wouldn't call a lot of stuff out there country anymore.
But then again ..in the 80s it was all about heavy metal turning us kids into psychotic Satan loving killers....
Then in the 90s it was rap and Marilyn Manson....

I was somewhere years later and heard one of those sings and started mocking it. Whoever was with me said "you know a reggae song?" And I told them of the months long torture- iiiii yaaaa yooo iiiiii yyaaaa iiiii yooooo ......

But yeah that whole time frame has great music...since about 1989ish country's been going down hill fast.

I've come to like Salsa, and Puerto Rican Rap. Its all I've been an unwilling participant of in my neighborhood for two decades. they only have one volume in their vehicles at any hour of the day, Blow your speakers is the level I believe.
Yeah this "New Country" is not country music. Its a mashup of rap, rock, top 40 nonsense. Protus has the timeline correct.Still like me some David Allan Coe

Yeah the media and law enforcement are still looking for a motive for the vegas murderer.

I can tell you his motive.... fame. He knew that if he killed a bunch of people everyone would know his name and he was trying for the new record, he got both.

Most of these shootings in my opinion are people seeking to be famous for something and the lame stream media certainly gives them what they seek.

The shooters names should not be released and no publicity should be given.
