whenever pm are discussed, usually, there will be discussion, about
how do you value? especially for use when the shtf.
will someone take them in trade?
what if we need change and
various other legitimate questions.
one use is now.
an associate who is a medical person doesn't want to charge us, and writes off
most of his bills. Thank you Lord and hallelujah come to mind.
many times he wrote off bills that we didnt' have the money to pay.
BUT, there is still a debt that is due (in my mind)
associate has been in practice a long time, has no kids and has large finances..
what can I offer him or give him that he will appreciate?
I've tried, and it was just refused.
last year, the thought of coins came to mind. and after our treatment,
we gave him a small gift bag, that had silver dollars and ASE in it.
he didn't refuse, smiled big, and let us know they would be put in a secure location.
this year, after a visit, we gave his office manager, (wife) a gold coin.
again, there was surprise, appreciation, and we were quietly advised that
there are several folks who receive discounted or free service who never say thank you
or ever show any appreciation.
so, just a suggestion! if you owe someone now, who has been "doin' for you"
and you haven't returned the favor, try some silver or gold coins!
