Two weeks ago, I finally gave in and did the hip job. Now all I have to do is get over it. laughing. Probably another month before I can drive again, so I'm getting no dirt time in these days.

well, I have that hockey puck inserted in my chest to keep the ticker regular, and now the titanium hip joint. Parts is parts though, and it's the end result that counts. laughingComment

I had my post op evaluation on Wednesday, last. Doctor took me off the walker. I can use a cane if I want to, but it's not required. I can drive again. No dancing, yoga, running or jumping for another month. Other than that, I am good to go.
Pluses so far, are no more need for constant pain medication. I can put my socks on by myself. I sleep better. I walk better. Should have done this years ago. :)Comment
