Evidently they are forecasting some major flooding problems in DC.
Warm weather will melt tens of thousands of snowflakes causing flood waters to rise. This will be further exasperated by the tears of the snowflakes which will result in more of a salt water problem with the flooding. Be sure to wash the undercarriage of your car well to avoid their salty tears from rusting out the under body of the car. Liberal tears are naturally more acidic and cause more damage than normal tears.
