Now I doubt too many people will buy into this newest survival shelter/"community" SCHEME, but, just in case-
Note this location as others already have. Guarantee you some locals have scouted it already. Some will scout it as potential buyers. Keep company literature, get a copy of contract to "go over with my lawyer" if possible, names and biz cards of principals trying to get you to buy into the scheme will be helpful. You will need to be able to recognize the principals by face. Perhaps a couple of nice "selfies" with you and them shaking hands in front of the shelter you intend to buy? Print them.
More than likely the principals will NOT be there when the time comes, likely being opportunists versus true survivalists and also knowing the risks of that sort of "community"- if they have a brain themselves they won't be there. But potentially a lot of supplies WILL be there, and potentially a handful of dunskies that don't know any better (buyers).
You may not even have to "fight" your way in later. Use your contract copy that you embossed with a notary like embossment if need be, make it look old via tea or pinning up out in direct sunlight for a few bright days. I mean the S has HTF right? You've been through hell making it there to "your" supplies or just the still abandoned shelter that you had PLANNED to do something with but had not.
Some good social engineering along with the contract, pics, name dropping "Where the hell is (insert Principals schemer's name)? He knows me!" will likely get you in. Maybe you scribbled your initials inside shelter 13 (or whatever) and you can tell someone "go look inside #13 at the right back wall, you'll see Tom Bradley written by the back corner, look at my license, I'm Tom Bradley!!"
YES OF COURSE WE ARE DISCUSSING THIS NOT FOR NEFARIOUS MEANS BUT TO GET PEOPLE THINKING. We are NOT advocating jacking people's stuff, just showing you how potentially easy it could be in this sort of scheme, I mean "community."
Give me your ideas, how would you get in?
