An assault truck was used to kill at least 73 people and injure over 100. They should not be able to buy gas without a background ck. These people are just nuts.

wait until the nation of islam decides that they want to take up the global cause against the west. Islam is HUGE in the black community. Mix in a little communism a little anti white hatred and BAM... home grown Jihad. Check out the stats on islam numbers vs baptist numbers in the last 15 years in the black community. Look at how islam has grown exponentially in the prison system and you start to see that it doesnt take a math wizard to figure it out

I think the biggest lesson from Nice, France is SITUATIONAL AWARENESS! Those who were paying closer attention may have noticed a big white truck coming down a blocked off, pedestrian only street and got out of the way in time... Others? The numbers killed speak to that. However, sometimes there is just nothing you can do if you are in a large crowd.

We traveled to NYC for 4th of July fireworks this year and watched them from Brooklyn, near the Brooklyn Bridge. There must have been tens of thousands of people there, and we were all funneled into a narrow security checkpoint. It was so tight, you couldn't have gotten out of the way of a truck weapon unless you jumped like a flea and superhero'ed out of the crowd. I suspect that was how it was on portions of that road in France... I did not like the situation and I am glad we now have our big city ya-ya's satiated...

Once again, GUNS were used to stop a terrorist... Leftists never seem to notice this, as it is police, and police are armed. But I don't think a CCW civilian could have done much to stop the truck without being in the right place at the right time...

Commonsense gross weight regulations would have kept such a vehicle out of normal everyday persons grasp.

Nobody needs a truck that large, Nobody. Only rail cars operated by the goverment should be allowed.
