The Airforce just revealed a new EMP weapon that does not explode but rides under a drone or cruise missile and take out selected devices under it. Like a city or area. Now ain't thata kick in the slats. It is called CHAMP.

Update for you all . Boeing is the contractor for this EMP on a missile , it is on their web page. I suspect it could be put on anything to float over or fly over any city or rural area, Would work great on things like the Nevada. ranch raid. All I can say is this cannot be good.
