I was wondering that as well... So they pay me to borrow money so I can go buy a house at inflated prices so I can flip it when the housing prices drop? So we are up to what three countries already doing this now?
I still think their is too many folks using mostly or all cash for their transactions (including XX million illegals) in the US that this won't be very effective here.
Now do negative rates with a crackdown on cash, that's a different story.
But how do you keep a XX million voting block of illegals happy -and not be "discriminating"- by attacking cash and keep them voting dem? Maybe if Trump pushes this?Boris- "He's famous, has picture on three dollar bill!"
