    Okay, we all know that CONgress uses SS funds like it is theirs to spend, but we all need to wake up here. They just transferred $150B from the retirement portion, which they claim will be insolvent if they don't fix it, to the disability side of things. Read the article and see what your elected people are doing. Let me help you with this statement from the article...

    "A worker’s age, education level and even ability to speak English became factors in determining eligibility. In other words, a person’s inability to speak English could qualify as a “disability” and entitle the worker to federal benefits."

    Remember that when you read about all the illegals, oops...refugees, that Obummer is letting into our country.

    Got that..."lifts the debt ceiling"? They didn't put a cap on the debt like they have in the past, until March 2017. That means, Obummer and the ReTHUGican lead CONgress can shift into high gear when it comes to spending....no limit will be placed until March 2017 and then it might be too late.

    One box a week.....keep stocking them away.....

      I am aware this is not direct to your point. BUT we seem to get nowhere on these issues because those DC people do not listen.
      WHAT would happen if all the war re-inactors got together in era uniforms and marched to DC. Bus to the outskirts and march thru to penn ave. With era replica arms and bayonets tents etc. Camp out on the lawn. Of course someone would have to get a permit but I am sure a conservative senator could get a rally permit, just don,t be to open about what it's for. I think a few thousand uniformed soldiers with even non firearms / weapons would get some one's attention.!!?? How else can we peacefully get anyone to pay the least attn. except to remind them how they got there and how we can kick there a$$ out.

        Agree...I rant, and let others know about some issues, but I don't have an answer. I'm not even sure there is a way to let them know and if there was, I'm not sure they would care. There are too many takers to keep voting them back into office.

          Just a thought I had. Only people who #1 are citizens of the US can Vote Or hold a job above a certain level of GOV. #2 And must have given two years of service to the nation not mil only but service health dept or any job. But at mil pay and serve where needed. Then they get to make choices for the rest of us. Can you see all the pot heads in colo running the country!!!.

            Aren't the pot heads not running the country now?
