Would you ever leave the US for good? How bad would it have to get?

Where would you go?

What country has remotely decent gun laws and a good mix of freedom, complete with English speaking majority?

Forgot to mention,
one piece of advice if you get to thinking bout moving out.
Beat em down, kick em in the slats and make em wish to God that they'd never left home that morning nor come onto your property.
Then find out who sent them and go do the same to them.
It'll make them start thinking about leaving the country.

Honestly. The easiest for me here would be canukista. Reason mostly family and infrastructure is already in place. Semi rural home...with backwoods cabin on acerage.
But . Even they are having issues.....

Id prolly never go. Just not in me.
Be like luke "just stay down doy..."(whack)..id keep getting up.
To stubborn i guess ..ive worked hard for my lil slice of pie.

Cant run all the time. Eventually the means and funds to do so run dry.

I don't really see it as an option.

For the end times scenario, we aren't going to be safe anywhere if things are that bad- that comes down to E and E and fighting to survive.

For full on national, real disasters, not "my wife's Ipod got stolen and maid didn't show up" ;) deals, then the window will likely be gone by that time.

Look at how the noose has been tightened on air travel in the last 10 or more years.

Their is something about us Americans that a lot of other people just don't get :)

There is NO place else to go... sometimes it comes down to the line in the sand.. tribe up or whatever you want to call it balkanization the big split, succession whatever.. I was born in the US, I AM AN AMERICAN the tide that is coming may roll over us or it may crash on us like the rocks of a tidal wall but we have nowhere left to run. The boats have been burned. Besides running to Spain or Ireland just sounds stupid

I have talked to many ex-pats over the last 2-3 years. These are patients of mine I have seen for years. Now, many love where they are....Mexico, Thailand, Bahamas are three I can think of off the top of my head. However, they all have restrictive gun laws so that throws them out for me. Also, they are still outsiders and if a BIG global economic collapse occurs, fingers will point towards America. Being in another Country may not be the best choice at that time as you may become a servant for some locals wether you want to or not.

I'll stick with The devil I know... For all the same reasons already given. Restrictive gun laws, or no ownership what so ever. Know the areas. Dont stand out like a sore thumb, look an americano get him.

That said, the owner of our company is building a home in Belize. He told me the community they are in is all american business men and they have their own security force (Not police). He has also sheltered a lot of his money there. A good friend of mine who owns a multi million dollar firearms business is also doing the same. Both are preparing for an economic downturn/crash. Neither are preppers.

I asked them both the same question... What happens if it all goes to **** overnight and you cant get there? Both said "It wont happen like that. There will be plenty of warning and time."

I then asked, do you have an escape plan if it goes south while at your hidey hole? Gave some scenerios. Will you be able to get back to the states? Asked them both if they had a sail boat or knew someone with one there to have a way off the island. Both stopped short of calling me crazy... or if they knew the term "my tin foil is to tight".
Both of their plans is flying them and some family there and throwing money at the problem with little other thought. Typical

Scripture speaks about a "Second Exodus" in the later days that will make the first one look like a practice run, but I don't know what that looks like or how it would happen.... But I do know that "His Children" will know when they are being called out, and men of power and might will lead it with supernatural manifestations... It will not be some dude in the boonies saying come here, here it is... It will be unmistakable, but I suspect it will also be highly persecuted, and many will stay in Egypt. But I also believe we will fight and be protected, just like the Hebrews fought along the way and some died in those battles....

Otherwise, there is no better place than right here... I have made peace with possible death, so I do not fear it, but I will not run towards it either, unless in the "Camp of The Righteous" in the Second Exodus... Not everyone makes to the end. Very few actually. We have to be cool with that lot.

i was born here (USA) served in military here,worked here,retired here..even tho i lived in other countries while in military,far as im concerned there is no where else to go. With all the problems we have,let me tell you,id rather be here than anyplace ive ever been. Just load more mags and get ready to make a stand,fight,and if need be,die for our freedom BUY MO AMMO!!!
