  • Who needs magazine holders on the belt when you have a backpack to reload from

    Really!?

Why in the world didn't somebody, or some persons, bum rush this guy? Or at least throw something at him and then run out the door? I mean, you have just watched him shoot others dead and you just sit there when he's reloading....from his BACKPACK!

"He said the first thing the shooter did was put his backpack on the front desk and pull out an envelope, saying: "There is a flash drive in this and whoever survives this should give it to the police."

So, right there they were warned that his intention was to kill everyone, but they just sat there....

"The shooter reloaded two handguns with ammunition from his backpack during the killings, Downing said."

Okay, say he is a proficient shooter and can drop a mag, grab another from his side in a couple seconds. How long would it take for him to get a mag out of the backpack and reload? And he did this TWICE!!!

Sheeple are so brainwashed to be afraid of guns that they don't know how they work. They have never held one so they probably think that even when they are empty, they are dangerous. Unfortunately, it has or will cost them their life. Sad....

Almost like people are trained to have shell shock without ever being in a shell shock situation. Now I'm not targeting that college or state but as a whole throughout the entire country.

The last police acad. I taught on the range was in 2006. During self defense we had a broken arm and nose and several black eyes. On the range when they could not qualify they blame the dirt ,the cement ,the sun etc.. We the staff pulled all 25 cadets in a room, asked if any one had been in any kind of fight ,pushing match, dust up shoot, hunt . They all said NO that it was not allowed under the Zero tolerance rules at all the schools they went to.. They were not kidding . Not one of them knew how to defend themselves or to take blame for their own mistakes. So after 17 weeks of training and state approval they get a taser, gun, ammo, stick/baton , pepper spray etc... We expended over 3000 rounds per cadet to get to learn how to shoot. THEY were all scared to death. That is what national testing gets you. If you say on the state test that you own or like assault rifles , the state would lose the applications.
The police have been indirectly tested and approved for hire by the state LEO training councils for several years now. Grant money is part of the problem and greedy .gov who likes the money.

We've been indoctrinated since youth that "fighting is bad, don't fight!" then you add publix skewl edumacation into the mix with it's "don't fight" message, then add in the effeminization (sp) of the Amerikan male- it's bad.

I'll never forget this time I was at a Systema Ground fighting class and their was about 40 men and women packed on mat space for probably half that all of us going at it. One of the more vocal guys had went outside for something. When he walked back in he yelled "STOP FIGHTING!" in a shrill women's voice at the top of his lungs. Like a Mom breaking up her kids going at it. It was hillarious. What was interesting was no one did more than glance his way while still going at it.

Fighting used to be a part of the growing up process, part of the unwritten "rituals" of manhood.

Now kids sit on their arses and play videogames that fight, then they grow up and sit on their arses on the couch and watch groups of men run into each other.

"When a football player says "I kicked your arse" what he means is that he and a bunch of his friends carried a ball to a special area. When I say "I kicked his arse" I literally kicked his arse."

We live vicariously now via TV, reading stuff on the internet and too few actually do things. It's kind of like all the "Tapout" shirts, we used to joke when we would see an out of shape hamburgler type wearing one "Yep, he's never tapped out anything other than a bag of Cheetos!" LOL

I work in a juv. corr. facility. I deal with real honest to God thugs from 12- 19yrs old. Most of this kids have no problem getting into fights with each other for the smallest slight. Increasingly, they are starting to feel they want to take on staff also. A good reputation usually will keep the thugs in line but every once in a while somebody will be talked into trying it with bad results for them. They know they have to be able to engage for about 30 seconds before help arrives whether they are fighting each other or staff. The problem is that when they fight staff it never turns out the way they thought it would.
My point is that my thugs have learned how to not just roll over with the first punch but will keep going until they get hemmed up and can't fight. At my facility we only have our hands until they get cufffed so it's interesting at times. With training these guys could/ do grow up to be trouble with no conscience. They have been killing each other wholesale here the last couple of years. These are the ones we will be up against if the SHTF.
            Stay safe

wasn't there, did not go through that, but even at my age, with my issues, I don't belive I'd have just sat there waiting for the end.
              Today's kids are different...............
