Fear the walking dead TV show

So we've been downloading episodes of this. It's on the third episode and it's getting really hard to watch.

Could this family- gaggle of people- be more dysfunctional?

I'm getting sick of movies/TV's shows depicting kids doing really stupid crap during disasters.

Now the military has their little subdivision fenced off, and Chief Joe Running Water the main character has now become the Savior of the Subdivision!

But wait, I fully expect the lying drug addict kid to show back up, I'm sure he will save the day. Or the Mom will break into her SCHOOL again and steal more drugs for him....

Morals, you used to be able to see them sometimes on TV... sometimes....

What do you all think of this show?

I thought it might be a SHTF show about how fast society can fall and how far, but after episode 2, that hope went away... Now it is just relational drama. So many impossibilities to list. Disappointed. But not surprised.

poor writing and lack of a coherent plot with Walking Dead pretty much killed the show for me. I just am not interested anymore

I'm still watching because I like zombie shows. :o
There was something I wondered about though as the kid showed the lady the stash of food for the cafeteria... Do schools still have cafeterias that cook meals for the kids in which they would need/have that bulk quantity? Even when I was in high school back in the 80s they had pretty much switched the vending machine variety meals. No cooking. Just stuff that could be microwaved if it needed heating.

They spoof a ton of films. Its funny..pg13 easy..its a syfy series . 1st season is on netflix.
First epsiode even has the guy from walking dead first one (black dude from jerhico )..

Walking dead lost me at season three ...when they went to the jail...

Hawkins from Jericho? If you mean the first episode of the first season it's a different guy. Hawkins shows up in Walking Dead early on, then here lately at "Alexandria"- another "community" that now has Rick as the Savior of the Subdivision.

I love Z Nation, it's funny as all get out. New ones were getting a little stupid with Murphy's control of other zombies.

Yeah i can see where theyll cheese up murphy ..but so far in season one hes got that dark comdey thing going. Especially after the "church" episode.

Now doc is hillarious..

Ive been trying to watch non seriuos stuff to lighten my mood at times.

A funny show..but its brit humor ..is "idiot abroad ".on netflix.
Not zombie related but it was a sure fire way to have me lmao at least twice..
But ive got a twisted sense of humor lol

You mean the guy that showed up with Murphy, the military guy that they took from the camp up to the school that was overrun where they found the baby? Watch it again, it's not the same dude, looks a lot like him though.

Lot of crazy twists in that show but overall it's one you watch for comedy.

for three years, I have not had cable or satellite TV. The other day, I signed up for SlingTV, and then noticed that they have AMC. Tonight, I will try watching Fear the Dead.

well, after watching two and a half episodes, I have come to the conclusion that if there were ever, a worse TV production than this one, then I have missed it.
Bad writing, stupid plot, terrible acting, garbage special effects...................just an awful, pitiful show. I turned it off.

We said after show #2 that it was going to die quickly if something didn't happen fast.

Have to download the new one, but from the sounds of it, it was a lot (more) of nothing.
