HOA insane rules

I laughed when I read some of these 'rules'. I don't have any rules on my acre in Florida, but there is one in Alabama. I demanded to read the entire HOA rules and regulations prior or making an offer on my house.

In Florida and other 'sun' areas, the HOA's have become mini dictators! Beware before you buy.

Why would you buy anything with a HOA? They are everywhere and are inconsistant with living free from UNNECESSARY rule. Rules and laws are needed andpeople are trouble, period. You either have trash or dictators in neighborhoods. Avoid these drama filled issues and live
