Multiple wives was a reality in old days, due to lots of children being LIFE and lots of hard work for all, and many men of Scripture had multiple wives. Others, like Solomon, just had them for the fun, I think... But he could easily afford all of them...
So I personally do not have a big issue with multiple wives if that is what grown adults choose to do...
Man to man, and woman to woman, or human to animal, or adult to child, is a whole different matter and clearly against Scripture.

A moral, Scriptural society would not need laws of marriage as it is already defined clearly in Scripture, and this society would not allow anything unclean within their borders. That is where inlays the problem with this modern "electronic","Social media" society. The children of today are Lemmings. They can NOT THINK for themselves. They just jump on a viral feed to be "cool" like their friends They have no real thoughts on it untill someone on their friends list posts a Meme of a hot topic and to fit in they choose to comment and share because they dont want to be "that person".
