This would be nothing short of a national ID card , But I am sure she would excuse all illegal's from it. They could vote with no ID like they do now. Think of it every one has a voter ID made to .gov specks if that is not a way to make everyone give up more info , let alone let the gov know who you voted for. NO THEY WON'T PEEK!!!

I figured it would automatically vote for a Democrat if you were on any sort of welfare or "assistance."
