Read a little about it, and watched an interesting video on a walmart that was closed unexpectedly due to Plumbing issues. Seems the video taker got an inside look at the walmart (what they could see of it) and all the shelving had been arranged to block the view of the rest of the inside of the walmart. Cops stationed at all entrances of the former store. Southern California if I recall correctly. A number of Walmart's have closed unexpectantly, but could mean nothing. Although, Walmart was instrumental in the Katrina disaster, said former DHS boss naepolitano (-sp). Could be martial law gearing up, or could be a sign of a bad economy.

Army SF, Navy SEALS, Marine Force Recon, Delta and whole host of other "Tier 1" types have been parachuting into the mountains of Montana and training there for years. They often "train" in large cities and you never even know they are there. It doesn't mean they are laying the groundwork for martial law. The whole Walmart aspect is ridiculous and the closings have more to do with staffing issues and Obama care than some collusion between the Feds and walmart. If the feds needed large warehouse facilities im sure the CIA could round up more than a couple for them and not involve a US private company. Whats next, Walmart is being hired by the fed to organize and over see the forced relocation of patriots to FEMA death camps because walmart has such a great logistics operation..

They often "train" in large cities and you never even know they are there", I figure you haven't read the public op-plan for Jade Helm cause that's not remotely what Jade Helm is.

Prior exercises have never involved MIL spec-ops and DHS, FBI, ATF and others to include state police.
This one is definitely different.
My friends are concerned because none of this exercise has ANY advance party organization which is really odd. Nobody has received any of the normal prior op planning guidance.

Whatever this op is, it's different.

in fact PRC I have read some of the info on Jade Helm. On the surface I too wonder why the need to train like this in major cities. What value does training in a US city have when it does not compare to the areas our SF forces are slated to operate in. Does San Diego compare to Kabul???? However having said that, OF COURSE they are involving local authorities, DHS, state police ETC... there are Military personnel conducting training on NON us gov property. They also coordinated with life flight and local hospitals. Are we to assume that that is because the hospitals are in on it too just like Walmart?? OR could it be that when they got the required letters of invitation from the gov and mayors of the affected states that contingencies for medical emergencies had to be addressed?? Is this op different? OBVIOUSLY but that doesnt mean that the gov is practicing for martial law.. IMO I do now and have always felt that these types of conspiracy theories do NOTHING for our community but make us look like idiots. I spend my time reading books on small unit tactics, insurgencies and counter insurgency work, intelligence gathering etc etc and leave the infowars material to others..

I offer my apologies. I suspect I didn't speak clearly.
When I referred to civil authorities, I wasn't referring to civil authority support.
I assumed we all knew that civil authority support would be mandatory. Police, ambulance, air ambulance, etc,etc.

What I had intended to put forth was fact that the civil authorities are integrated into and part of the operation. FBI, DHS, ATF, DEA, etc.

That's what is not common.
They are not supportive, they are players.

would you care to give me a credible source that the FBI and DHS are integrated into a special operations training op? If credible evidence exists that they are in fact part of the training IE US Army SF ODA's and Navy Seal teams working with and integrating them INTO the exercise not just cooperating with then I will be more than happy to adjust my initial assessment. Im not inflexible in my opinion but having DHS agents on site does not mean that they are integrated into the training. An example.. during Robin Sage local LEO often participate in the exercise it does not mean that law enforcement is part of the exercise.

Interagency partners ..... meaning different from local civilian coordination folk. Meaning folks actually an active part of both Phase I and Phase II of the OP.

Most people are like fearful sheep and cattle, spooked easily. With so many people concerned about 2015, especially in the late summer and fall timeline, it is not surprising to see something like Jade Helm planned "just in case." From the Jewish prophecies (Shemittah year) and all the eclipses and blood moons on Torah holy days, as well as a volatile election possible, and some concern from EMP and Russia's new Cold War with us, it would be dereliction of duty to not have contingency plans in place this year....

That said, I do not fear Jade Helm... I prep and plan as I always have. I think the conspiracy theories on Jade Helm would be utter failures if attempted and would send us into WROL. Little control by anyone, except in key areas of governmental strongholds.

At this time, I think we are still "just like in the Days of Noah..." Still at a perceived peace and order...
