New Bill to Ban Body Armor

I received this in my mail box from AR-500 armor today. Guess its time to contact representatives yet again.

This bill is not new. Rep honda from san Fran area. Introduced it. It has a total of 3 co sponsors. It's DOA

yes, this iteration is not going anywhere, but it's important to bear in mind, that our anti gun, anti American enemies in Congress will NEVER give up trying.

Greeeaaattt... And AR500's already stupid long lead time will now go from 10-12 weeks to 14 + I bet.

Even though the likelihood of this passing is next to nil, putting off purchase until you need body armor is a fool's errand. If you think you might need it, get it! Get it while it is available, while there are QC standards to be adhered to. "Psssst...hey buddy...wanna buy some cheap armor?" is not the guy to buy from ;)

...But that's just my outlook on it. And yes, I do have ours already. Not that I want to use it, but because I may need to.

Im fairly confident Honda will be successful in his attempts to ban armor here in Kalifornia. I sell armor so of course I have sets put aside and have to agree with tech. If you dont already have it,,, WHY???

Justanothergrunt, this was the first I saw a bill put forward on body armor, I heard talk in the past of them "maybe" doing it. Guess I was out of the loop and missed it somehow.
