Cliff notes - feds are trucking """undocumented "" people's into cities /mil bases. People are protesting ....feds now want to use fed Leo /officers etc to quell those protest but not deport said ""undocumented " people.

A rural county here in VA was the first county to publicly tell the Fed agency NOT to house IA children in their county and it worked, but it appears now they just move them in and do not tell the local government until it is done....

It sounds like an INVASION from the news reports...

I live in temecula ca which is the sister city to murrieta you probably heard about the protests there as that is where it started. What the Feds ended up doing was setting up 1st amendment zones well away from the border patrol facility and anyone caught protesting outside the approved zone was arrested. They also started bringing in the busses in the early hours of the morning or after the protestors went home for the evening. Since San Diego is only a little over a hour from murrieta they would simply wait until everybody went home then call San Diego and say. Send the busses.

Interesting side bar is the Mexican counter protestors staged a get together to rage against the evil Christian citizens of temecula. They did it in the Walmart Parking lot approx a mile from the border patrol office. GO FIGURE

It's a very interesting dynamic, to say the least. It appears that INS and Border Patrol are catching and holding a lot of people, and then not deporting them. Instead, as local holding facilities fill up, they are being shipped elsewhere. I don't currently know what that means. Plus there's this added factor: What happens to them after arrest is depending a lot on who they are and where they are shipped. Some are being given the equivalent of a ticket, and told appear in court on such and such date, and then sent away with relatives. Some are being held in some sort of "camp" setting. The only reasonable course I can see is if you know where your local "Migrant farm worker" population lives, watch for an influx of people. Note the demographics of who they are. A lot of the people getting through to this side seem to be young males less than 25 YOA. I find that fact facinating, and worth noting.

I live approx 3 hours from Laredo. We have truck loads of illegals involved in high speed chases in our county probably 3 or 4 times a year. I worked security in the Fed courthouse in Laredo for 8 months in 2003. The violence is very true. We were down there when cartels and federales were having gun battles in the streets. I've personally seen places on the rio grande in west Texas that a semi truck can drive across. There are Border Patrol in the area but limited. I'm sure things and people slip by. There were reports of the town of Sarita Texas being taken over by La Raza and the citizens run out. I know this personally to be false because I went to Sarita Saturday. It's not an all out flood, but the 'levies' won't last long.

the flow of people across our border does provide for a training opportunity. Im working on pulling together a tracking/counter tracking class on the southern sieve we call a border. I have limited experience in tracking humans but one of the guys teaching the class tells me its a great area to bring students to because of the variety of "rabbits" available. I bring the talent and the students together and get free training in return so again if you think outside the box you can add to your survival skill set and get a positive out of a hugely negative situation. I can seriously see where a thermal from JRH would be a great tool for the advanced night time tracking portion.

I have lived in Arizona for the last 34 years. I've hunted, camped, hiked, and 4x4'd pretty much every where in the state. I no longer hunt, camp, or hike South of Tucson. I've had a couple situations in the past while hunting in Southern AZ where I have had a train of illegals walk through an area I was hunting. I stayed concealed until they passed. If a hunter shoots a deer or whatever he is hunting, he runs the risk of attracting the attention of drug smugglers, human smugglers (aka coyotes), or, if he is really unlucky, people looking to rob/hijack the drug and human smugglers. Border patrol officer Brain Terry was murdered by "people" looking to rob/hijack drug and human smugglers. These people are heavily armed and have no compunction when it comes to killing another human being.

Coming across hunters or people out shooting in the desert used to be nothing to worry about because you could count on the people being out there for good clean fun. Now, I am highly suspicious of anyone I meet, particularly if they are Hispanic. I no longer let people I just meet know that I am fluent in Spanish. Even when talking to Spanish only speakers.... I play the part of dumb gringo who can't speak Spanish because I've had a couple situations where I've busted Spanish speakers saying things in Spanish they would not say in English to my face.

The numbers coming across the borders now have not ever been seen. The illegals are no longer running from our border patrol/immigration forces. Once they get across the border they search for them so they can claim asylum. It's all about getting free food, shelter, education, housing, phones....etc. In return, they will vote for Democrats and their socialist programs.

The current situation is why I am working on convincing my wife that we need to move to another state after I complete my MBA.

Make no mistake, these "unaccompanied children" have absolutely no desire to become Americans and work for the American dream. They are coming here for the free education, medical care, welfare, phones, shelter, food stamps.... etc.
