I am so proud of myself. I just completed my first prep goal. I now have stored enough potable water for my entire extended family for three days. Yippee. Now I am working on my next goal.
I found that if I set goals and make lists. When I reach a goal...Like I just did...then I feel like I am actually accomplishing what I set out to do.
Is this a good mind set to be in? I don't know what other people say but it works for me.
So if you are new to prepping like I am then maybe setting short term goals and making lists to check things off will help. Everything was so overwhelming when I started. It looked like something I could never do, but by breaking it down into smaller easier bites I have begun to accomplish thing.
Its like the old saying "How do you eat an elephant?"..."ONE BITE AT A TIME"
That's how I'm doing it.
Thanks for all the great input I have read here.
