  • cheap but good preps

I know most people go to a fast food restaurant once in a while. When I go I always ask for extra ketchup packs, salt packs, pepper packs, and sauce packs. Even if you don't use these packs while you are eating your fast food they can put in a bin and stored as an extra source. The same goes for napkins, plastic fork thingies, and so on. Restaurants don't mind giving extra if you ask and these can put in a prep area for future use. I also shop at dollar stores and thrift stores looking for those things I can use that cost little. I buy something if I can think of at least 2 uses for the item. I figure like this if I can think of 2 uses there are probably a lot more I haven't thought of.

Any one else have ideas for cheap or free ways to stock up?

    Love to hear your ideas.

Some offices offer coffee or snacks and they give out these same condiments.
