At 1500 hours on Monday, take a minute out of your day and say a prayer for our warriors that gave their lives for this Great Nation.

It is also a good time to say a prayer for those that are serving today as well.

    God Bless Our Troops.

For many people, this weekend is just another 3 days off from work.
      But some remember.
      And some can not forget.

Tomorrow at 1:00 I will be helping others from my AMVETS Post place flags on the graves of veterans in our small town cemetary.
Monday at 1:00 I will join my VFW Brothers for the traditional ceremony at the same cemetary.
It's the least I can do.
Please, if your town has a ceremony Monday, please attend.
It's the least you can do.

Tonight I shall drink a toast of coffee from my old canteen cup in memory of the 445 men of the 1st Infantry Brigade, 5th Infantry Division (Mechanized) who died in Vietnam and whose names are engraved on The Wall.

Yes, thank you for your service and fighting for our freedoms. Despite what America may be now, it still one of the best countries that has ever existed and I'm very thankful for your service.

Our debt can never be fully repaid. We can try though. Find a local charity that supports vets give what you can. In this America our gov is turning it's back on them more than ever. They need US to step up now for them. Thank you for your service . God bless you
