you doing any of these RH?? I attended the off grid one Scott just did, it was pretty good. Like most webinars there just wasn't time to get into the meat of any one subject so it was really just a very basic overview of things. I found the event hosts blog a little strange as I have never run across a blog where they charge to read the articles and blog entries. It's only 25 cents so if there is good info there then there is value, I've just never seen that approach before.

Some old school speakers you won't want to miss also, like Joel Skousen (wrote Secure Home, Strategic Relocation, others. One of the few true "thinkers" out there IMO) and James Talmage Stevens who is a super knowledgeable that's been around as long as I can remember.

Many other speakers also.

This is a different crew putting this one on. I would assume with these folks that if they say it's free, it's actually free. I know they will be selling it after the fact on DVD or something, that might be where they expect to raise some funds.

you know me man, if there is value I have no problem paying for someones knowledge. Dave knows his stuff no doubt. I personally wish that some of these webinars were a small fee event. It would increase the content and probably length as well as keep away the hobbyists.

Actually there will be a whole subsection on paying your maid when the economy collapses and how to get your rich parents in another country to send you money so you can replace your blender when TSHTF and your blender stops working and the maid is not there to squeeze the oranges for you... ;)
