This all does kinda make sense if you think bIG O wants a reason to crack down on select segments of the USA. If he can get the un-informed behind him and stir up unrest ,control the media , control money, control water and food, guns ,(I think he already does), well then you can kiss our old life goodbye. I think he has all but one of the groups and he working on it. Someone said the NG isn't the one to train foreign troops, well we were training Latvia and some other of that area on tank, M1A1 as well as MLRS about 6-8 years ago and knowledge base of the NG is not to be underestimated. Back to nukes get some books, read up, most is theory anyway.

Early on Friday morning, a communique was released in which the group – which includes the Arab League, EU, U.S., Russia and United Nations among others, said that a ceasefire would start in one week although the fight against militant groups like IS and al-Nusra would continue. There was also no agreement to end Russian airstrikes, which have been accused of widely targeting rebel groups attacking Assad's forces, rather than focusing on IS.

Came across old paper work, can anyone say if it is still valid, I think it is, except the missing ones from the prior USSR??? who knows about them.. Back when, Russia did not actually destroy their nukes as stated but kept them , so they could add to the attack plan for secondary targets??? anyone have current data. Even if the nuke part did not perform the HE inside would make a dirty mess.
