You know why RR, the answer is in the first paragraph.

"President Barack Obama is seeking to abolish two highly successful missile programs that experts say has helped the U.S. Navy maintain military superiority for the past several decades."

He does not want us to have military superiority. Simple as that.

He is a muslim that hates this country and he wants to tear it down to remake it into what he wants it to be. What that is is the big question.
