I have been watching this for the last couple of days. This just proves why you NEED to have some secondary water sources and some purification/filtration techniques. I have read many of arm chair commentators saying "well I'd just go out and buy some bottled water". Well thats funny chachi, the bottled water ran out the 2nd day!.

Yep, it looks like a lot of folks were unprepared and had to stand in the FEMA line...

It also shows how aware one must be to anything "odd..." If this was part of another event, you may not be "informed" by the news and papers... You need to discern when something just doesn't seem right... But many chemicals are hard to detect until they make you sick or kill you...
