Its amazing !

A&E just lost the most amazing show on TV because the Robertsons arent going to go for that crap.


They say he will be around for season 4 but after that who knows.

Or they could be saying the PC thing for now and Phil will sneak back into the fold.

Phil literally "spoke the truth in love" as we are commanded to do in Scripture.

That being said- it read like a set up to me. I'm guessing they wanted to get rid of Phil, had the reporter ask some pointed questions knowing that Phil would speak his mind and then a certain minority would get in a tizzy over it.

I was happy to see Phil speak his mind, and so saddened by the response. Society claims "It's ok to have any opinion these days and we should all be tolerant of each other's beliefs." But the part that's in fine print they always leave out is "as long as it's not a Biblical one."

Christians are aliens/foriengers in this world and won't really ever belong. (1 Peter 2:11) I just hope Phil's family continue to support him, stand behind him, and continue to stand up for what they believe in.

She couldn't grasp that the constitution doesn't protect gays from "hate speech" her words but it does protect his right to voice his opinion about homosexuality. The money (force) was never an issue, Robertson's never "needed" it. I am sure it helped them along, but from their financial pieces that are publicly known; they didn't need it. A&E doesn't "need" the Robertson's, they have tons of shows. But I am sure losing one of the best shows in the network's history would hurt a little on the spreadsheet.

So now they are down to reason, is it mutually beneficial for them to continue? Sounds like that is left to be seen.
