Hoping for a strong Pro-2A turnout. I'm not sure if we have any folks from CO in here that are in the recall zones, but I'd strongly encourage you to get out and vote.

Colorado residents go to the polls Tuesday to vote on whether to recall two state senators who supported stricter gun laws in the aftermath of two 2012 mass shootings.

The recall vote effort appears to be the strongest backlash to such state votes -- considering Democratic-leaning Connecticut, Maryland and New York passed similar legislation without resulting in a recall effort getting on a ballot.

They should definitely get out and vote and those in the northern counties should be overwhelming in making their own state
Kolorado has fallen and it's always harder to regain than to maintain

I'm sitting here watching it and there are very few actual voters at the polls with 6hrs left. Kolorado it aint enough to do internet bravado you have to do more

Colorado's Embarassment

I don't live in District Eleven but I helped get the vote out.

The embarrassing part is:
2 or 3 years ago, the Democrats in Denver changed the voting law AND the Media didn't say much about it.

Turns out if:
You live in Colorado for 22 days
and have photo id
(Here comes the ZINGER) and even if you don't live in District Eleven you can vote there if you state you intend to move into District Eleven.

There is no time limit, if ever, you actually move there. It's legal.

The Democrats are busing democrats in from Boulder and Denver who are voting.

Even if it's legal, it sure isn't moral. (Big surprise there, huh?)

I was all fired up to go claim I intended to move there and vote and I couldn't do it. It's wrong.

Guess we'll see how the vote turns out.

Little too close for comfort, but there was some potential voter fraud going on so those results could be skewed.

But awesome on the people of Colorado for standing up for what they felt was right
