Well, I don't like the SC ruling, but as this video explains, the gov shouldn't be involved.
What I can see with this ruling is that the states that allow gay marriage will have a bunch of lawyers pushing the law. Like what would prohibit a father from marrying his son in CA now? This could be a tax advantage for an elderly or dying father to leave his estate to his son. Sure there are incest laws in all fifty states, but I believe the reason these laws were put into play was for the protection of birth defects caused by inbreeding. This could open the door for a smart lawyer to pursue this approach.
Where have we gone in this country? Where are the churches and pastors?
