Yeah, pretty sure right now this trial was something to do so the police could get ready to handle a sudden onset of urban youth disease...

Never heard that term before.... About 29 minutes in.
Wow, I think it's been cleared that she lied about 3-4 times so far....
"Star Witness"- for real?

Heard a "expert" on the radio today that the defense may have had Zimm gain the weight on purpose to make him look less of a that. Heard also that one witness yesterday said that the "big guy was on top". When showed a picture of what T looked like she didn't know how big he was. The "Star" witness will likely be grilled today by the defense. They will push her hard to show that she is a liar and prob try and get her to become hostile. Once declared a hostile witness, they will have more leeway. Prosecutors probably went home last night and had a Xanax and bourbon party after her testimony yesterday. Should be interesting today.

I can believe you can be so jaded. I am sure she is a fine upstanding citizen. She is gonna be a senior this year. She is already 19 so I am sure she voted in the last election. Sometime during her senior year she will turn 20 years old. WTH? TWENTY!!!!!!!!!!! IN high SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't be sure but I highly suspect she has Han in carbonite in her crib. Well, she's probably got Han wrapped up in a blunt...

As others have noted, some folks don;'t need an excuse to riot. That said, although I think there will be some destructive behavior no matter how the verdict goes, nothing like the LA riots, no way. First, there is nothing like the Bernard King video which, you have to admit, looked pretty awful, and second, riotous behavior is always more likely when there is little rational fear of consequnces. I would guess that the local ne'er-do-wells in Jacksonville have a healtheir resepct for the likelihood that Mr. and Mrs. law-abiding are armed and trained than would have been the case in 1992 LA. That will likely act as a brake on the action.

This could very easily go bad for Zimmerman, but it only takes one and the make up of the jury is interesting. The case is very weak, and it most areas would not have even been filed. I still have a little hope.

Oh lawd, what will this trial become?
if they lose this knock knock will be the premise of his appeal for mistrial or failure to have a good lawyer etc
If the lawyer wins he becomes known for the outlandish behavior and gets a trademark

I think the big urban fsa centers will be worse (longer term issues) than the smaller areas. Sanford has all of the surrounding areas to feed it...now what will be interesting is to see how the Hispanic /Latino communities react if the fsa starts looting type areas.....luckily for me I live in a non treyvon fsa neighborhood .....but I will have to commute along the outskirts of one.......I just dunno if the PBR (plain basic rifle) will fir in my new tuna can on wheels lmao.

and that AO is nationwide in the big cities. My present workplace is smack dab in the middle of the "bad" part of town, but in a town of 25,000 or so. My trunk gun, isnt in the trunk anymore and my xds .45 has been replaced with my xdm .45. My office is surrounded by 2 8ft chain link fences with barb wire (put in as the bad part of town grew like a bad rash) so leaving the rifle and xdm in the truck is safER. but now my xds come into work WITH me so I can get to my truck should violence ensue. Heck when the verdict is read I may take the day off and go to the mountains. Could be a great time for the present administration if chaos ensues in all the big cities and towns. Martial law similar to katrina and bye bye weapons. Good thing I gave all mine guns back for a amazon gift card.Originally posted by protus View Posta joke...
zims screwed either way. fsa gets what they want a free for all,, politicians get what they want " a win" on gun control etc on this.
only people to truly lose out are the tax payers and those who live in the AO that gets hit by the looting/marching and racial tension side effects. dont think for a moment we wont have " dat's fo treyvon.." type attacks ......no matter how the trial goes.
