  • How About a New War To Distract Us?

    So now Barak Yo Mama has finally got what he was hoping for..... giving weapons to rebels ABOVE THE TABLE.

    I say above the table because we were running guns to the rebel forces through Libya and got an ambassador killed in Benghazi, but thats ok right?

    So the Resident tells everyone he has a "red line", that if Syrian government forces cross by using chemical weapons he'll start arming the rebels.

    Now say you're a rebel commander whos getting his butt kicked and you hear that, would you try to get some chemical weapons and dummy up some evidence that the government used them?

    Would the Syrian goverment, knowing that the U.S. is itching to get into this civil war like it did in Egypt and Libya, use chemical weapons?

    Would a socialist muslim president whos administration is hearing about IRS, NSA, Benghazi, and many other scandals on a daily basis drag us into another conflict to try and divert attention away from himself?

    Just as bad, we have former Republican John McCain begging for us to get involved.

    I pray for my country.

    Yeah, was thinking to myself yesterday "If this isn't a classic case of the tail wagging the dog, I don't know what is."

    We have nothing to gain in Syria
    Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.

        Syria, the way I understand it...

        * Distraction, yes just ask your neighbors about Benghazi
        * Syria/Assad = Shiite
        * Saudi Arabia = Sunni
        * Shiite's hates Sunni's
        * Syrian Rebels = Al Qaeda
        * Al Qaeda = Saudi Arabia
        * Saudi Arabia = Oil
        * US needs oil (or so we are lead to believe) so we need Saudi Arabia
        * US supports Syrian rebels with weapons which is supporting Saudi Arabia which
        "keeps the oil flowing to US"
        * Weapons used against the US later by Al Qaeda

        We already tried to get weapons to them before in a "Fast and Furious-Middle East" but bad things happened in Benghazi so the Ambassador was murdered. This just brings it out in the open. If the WH really believes it is for "humanitarian" support, why now and not 26 months ago when people were being killed in Syria by the government. Why wait until 93,000 have been killed.

        Oh, and bring the refugees here to America! I'm sure these "refugees" will all be vetted by the UN and no anti-America nuts will get into the states, huh?

        Am I missing anything?

          This is more than dangerous. We don't need to be involved other than to watch.keep others out, stay out.

            Perhaps that was where all that .gov ammo was going all along huh? Pretty typical for them to rob peter to pay paul and those large orders needed a home. After all that large "weapons and ammo shipment" didn't just appear out of thin air.

                Not to mention the ammo supplied to the iraqi police and military we are still providing for with their glocks as well as the afgani police n military, the aid we send to the mexican police/military along with about a dozen other places
                what budget does all that come from? perhaps the one that got cut and yet the commitment is still there and its coming from somewhere.
                As far as physical presence of ammo I get limited to one box at the gunstore but the syrians get connexes of it at a time with no wait time because of evidence "the red line was crossed" hmmmm
                The physical presence of firearms I have to wait 6mths to a year for an AR to be built from any company or longer from big names with .gov contracts but the syrians will have them by monday!?! Weird, they were already built like that and waiting somewhere in a shipping container, yep wasn't part of the plan all along huh
