I hope all you guys/gals in the mid-west are safe. Especially central Ok & KS.
Survival question. What do I need most, right now?

We all seem to be ok. Lots of death with this one west of here, bad stuff they need prayers.

I dunno how anyone survives that stuff. There were multiples on the ground at the same time and they weren't little. Had to reroute some family coming back in from work but everyone is ok. I feel so bad for them they have lost everything. Round 3 coming tomorrow so stay sharp

Right now first resonders, responding family & neighbors are carrying people out 4 blocks on strecthers cause that's as close as they can get. That's another good reason to workout for a REAL survival situation. I remember responding a few yrs ago with tools- med kits- water- bag in a wheelbarrow cause that's all that could get thru. Grand is out helping the neighbor with down trees another workout

Just got back about a half an hour ago. Would have still been out there, but night was falling and running a chainsaw without any light just isn't smart and my friend was out of danger. Still a lot of cutting to be done, but the roads up to his house are now clear. Big oak fell across the front of his house and we still need to finish that up. Everyone is okay though just shaken up for the most part. He got sideswiped by the big one that hit Shawnee.

I used to think I wasted money on the chainsaw I only used a couple of times a year. Now I can see the value and it came through today.

Glad to hear you are safe. Good point about the need to work out for the unexpected.

                Midwest region check in?

Debris cloud went right over my place but never touched down. Sounded like an airliner about to land.
