A parasite enters a healthy or somewhat healthy body, then begins feeding off the body. As they feed off the body they get stronger, sometimes as they get stronger they began to attack the very host that's keeping them alive.

And this is just one aspect of the problem. The GOV has gotten too big to be effective. With every tragedy that transpires, after the fact, we learn incredibly important details that were ignored, etc. For example, Russia called several times about the boston marathon brother. If the US had made a phone call to russia about "somebody" they would have been picked up within the hour and locked up. I daresay that even our states gov are too big to be effective. In the small town that I live in, we have 60 people working for the town. That doesnt include police fire, or EMT's. This is just the folks in town hall. This doesn't include the alderman at the town level or the commisioners at the county level. Nor does include the teachers, maintenance workers, janitors, etc. My town only has 4000 people in it.

Too big to fail, too big to fix any issues, too big to be effective. They know it. so therefore their plan is to have a "reset." But a reset into a nice little socialist country.
