My guess is we will never know. GB did not throw that out there yesterday. My guess he was afraid to. Easy to check through DNA, but I doubt that information will ever come out. If he is allowed to leave, we will see him again. If we (as a country) have any backbone at all as a nation we take him to gitmo and waterboard the crap out of him until he gives up EVERYTHING!!! One thing to remember, the Bin Laden family in Saudi is huge. While Osama was off doing his things, the rest of the family was one of the largest contractors in Saudi Arabia and pretty much built Prince Sultan Air Base including the US facilities we had there.

I'm going to be kind of leery on this "news." But another thing to remember about that part of the world. Everyone is related in some way, shape or form lol. Everyone is a prince or an emir or a cousin of same. Or a son by the fifth wife twice removed.

Ok "IF" this is the guy and we got him he would be an enemy combatant and not a BICE issue,so yes BICE would be unaware. Well, kinda of Yemen, bin Ladens are big in Yemen. Becks news seems to revolve around the inelligibilty of the Saudi kid to even be in the US.
He:
1. Was not vetted upon entry.
2. Had a visa to attend a school he never attended.
3. He was positively identified as someone who shouldn't have ever been here.
4. His family business is terrorism.
5. Somebody hi up in DHS tried to eliminate his file.
