  • WEDGES

I have encountered way too many people recently, whom I thought were decent, that are trying to drive wedges between everyone. These wedges must stop if we are to retain our rights such as the 2nd. In reference to the 2nd nothing so far has really happened and yet the prepper blames the survivalist for the current conditions, the survivalist blames the military for weapons confiscation, the military is blaming LEOs for enforcing illegal laws, the LEOs are blaming the preparedness movement for ammo shortages, the preparedness movement is blaming and on and on and on. We can all find fault with one another as there is ONLY ONE WHO WALKED WITH PERFECTION.
Meanwhile the criminal bad element, no matter what they wear, mostly responsible for the atrocities of mankind hum and swing patiently waiting for the politicians to step in and do.
The BLAME and WEDGES needs to stop and the focus needs to be regained in order to stop what is coming.

so true, but divided makes us all at risk and that may be the end game. cause if we all fight each other they dont get there hands dirty. personally we all need to work together as americans not as i'm so n so from group what ever.

Division has been the goal of the globalist since the beginning and it has worked really well! It's too late. This country is too divided to save. I realized that very personally this last election, when as a young man, I tried to get involved with the process. I was even voted in as a district representative and gave several speeches. You would think that the older generation would be excited to see some young people getting excited and trying to get involved with the "system." NOPE! We were ridiculed and looked upon as being ignorant. People's predetermined bias blinded them to the truth, or at least to take a look at what the young generation was saying. It taught me a lesson… This nation died a long time ago. Division reigns.
The mentality has been completely altered long ago… Incrementalism and apathy has stolen our future. Chaos is sure to ensue. We're in mind chains. Different cultures, different ethnicities, different backgrounds, different religions, different world views… Difference = Division when the philosophy of individualism is not present.

Whats weird to me is the counter productivity resulting from this.
Many of the ones who are leading the wedge charge are in sales and services. They sell books, run training facilities, have products, offer consultations or something of that nature. They then begin to exert their opinions and disrespect others which leads to division and forms automatic groups that no longer wish to support them. Ticking off a steady job holding group that spend their disposable or resourced income on these items as someone in the business kinda seems a silly choice even though you may have an opinion.

The same thing happened pre-ban back in the day with the NRA where shooters started segregating themselves and semi auto shooters got hung out to dry. This was primarily ego driven by aged people who didn't like what they saw and saw an opportunity to bash using current political trends. It was over a decade before they recovered from that decision and in fact even today are viewed with a suspicious eye for their past non support of ALL the 2nd.

The politicians as a party also suffered the same fate in their choices for a while till many forgot or forgave. Now it seems all parties are too divided to make a difference in anything. They too seem destined to suffer the same fate for their divisions and specializations.

Internet, social media, agenda driven tv, youtubers all seem to contribute to the overload causing this. There are waves that come and go that tend to drive the hatred towards one group or another and when enough digging is done the source has usually been wronged or FELT they have been wronged by this group and in fact they have done as much "homework" to find all the negativity they can and direct the charge. Often times these people have no real experience in what they trend towards but rarely does this deter them.

I can tell you from belonging to several groups, either present or past, that I actually fit in none of them and perhaps that helps uncloud my vision of who really does what. What I see instead especially at today's juncture is the real issue of rights loss that in spite of several uneducated guessworking folks is something that causes us ALL to suffer greatly, as none of us is truly immune, because we all enjoy recreation, are not on duty 24-7, have friends and family outside of the job, don't intend to be this or that forever and in fact in reference to the 2nd stand side by side on the range with everyone. There are varied approaches to how to deal with the current issue of right loss and those being different doesn't make them always wrong. For example there are people who shouldn't be carrying sign and speaking at the state capitol because of their inability to communicate effectively and some shouldn't write their congressmen for the same reasons along the lines of having dull crayons. Some shouldn't engage in coffee shop talk because it can later place them in compromising positions when they need to do their job and social network bashing is a real bad idea and can result in a loss of income for some. The however is we should do what we can within the confines of our ability and remain supportive of good people who believe.
