Legal Precedent & the 2nd Amendment

Below is a post i did on the M4Carbine.net site and I think it relevant as it addresses the most common "excuse" I hear from gun owners that do support some "sensible legistaltion..."

The problem is "WE the PEOPLE" keep looking for the legal way to live our lives while the politicians keep looking for the illegal way of living theirs!!!

And then add in a heaping spoonful of changing the rules as we go and PRESTO, political dissidents are now felons!
