  • Illinois state reps meeting in late night session to ban guns, gun shows ...Outcome ?

Has anyone heard the outcome of the Illinois State representatives Late Night session to Ban all things Gun,
all guns and gun shows, shops,....... ??

If this passes the dominos are going to begin to tumble.

Personally, I would think a rally by voters would have some impression on this kind of legislative action.
Of course since we will never have free elections again, rallies by citizens are likely to be outlawed as terrorist
subversive / actions or mental illness by those same State Representatives and their Federal Big Brothers.

Our individual state houses are our only line of defense against the outlaws in Washington D.C. We need
to let them know we still have enough power to take a stand for and against the legislative actions they plan.
We also need to let them know we will not tolerate "midnight" and "back door" deals.

P.S.: has anyone heard anymore from that town in Arkansas where to police were given the authority to STOP, Question, Demand Identification, Search and Detain ANYONE in the town for NO Reason except they are in public, on streets, highways, sidewalks, in front yards........

I was really kind of hoping for a little action by the state to pull that town leadership back into line with the State (and National) Constitution(s).

not passed for now...keeping a close eye on this.

Gun banners in Illinois were dealt a temporary set back on Sunday when a bill containing gun-banning language was put on the back burner in these waning |

But the danger is far from over.

Chicago politicians hell-bent on pushing their gun confiscation scheme through the legislature got together -- on Sunday -- and crafted yet another gun ban proposal.

Amendment #1 to SB2899 would rewrite a completely separate bill with the same attacks on your gun rights.

Call your State Senator again at (217) 782-2728 or go to http://www.elections.il.gov/district...byaddress.aspx to find out who represents you and contact them directly.

Tell them it doesn't matter what number they give it, the anti-gun assault will not be tolerated.

In NY, Andrew Quomo has already said that full confiscation is not out of the question.

        Assembly has proposed this;
