  • Don't make fun of 2012

In an effort to calmly and respectfully admonish people to not chide the whole 2012 thing, I enclose a short description of what is REALLY behind this 2012 drama.

It's not just the Mayans that had something to say about the year 2012

So exactly how does one go about preparing for the return of the dragon god? I really don't have a clue, but I'm sure I need a bigger rifle. Shall he fly over the entire earth and enslave us all, or stay in more traditional Mayan AOs?

And no, the Bible mentioning a dragon does nothing more to make me seriously consider a Mayan dragon than it does the dragon in the Hobbit.

Well I'm glad someone kinda sorta explained it, cause I've asked several times in the last couple years but no one has.

Yes their are some similarities- the "darkness", etc. I had not heard about any of this they think their "dragon god" will return stuff.

Guess we will see on the 22nd like Benn said :)
Boris- "He's famous, has picture on three dollar bill!"

Rocky- "Wow! I've never even seen a three dollar bill!"

Boris- "Is it my fault you're poor?"

It does indeed speak of the dragon in the bible. It also says that no man knows the time of the coming of the Lord. The reason I'm not worried about the evil is because I know the lion of Juda is stronger. If the dragon buzzes my house first, I'll get out the Barrett. Problem solved, problem staying solved. See y'all at Christmas.

All of these predictions may be so, one big flaw though. The Mayans and others say it will come to a head on 12/21. The Bible says that our Good Lord will come for us, NO ONE will know the day and time.

It was the Hopi, not the Cherokee.

and even the great seal of the U.S. is connected to the year 2012.
Can you elaborate on this one. Seriously this 2012 mayan stuff is new to me. I've only been asking for 2 years on here for someone to explain what is supposedly behind it and no one has been able to.

While I personally think nothing will likely happen, the actions of some folks that "believe" something will happen could cause problems.

People are always the VARIABLE in the SHTF equation.

Damn that almost sounds profound :) LOL

on a more serious note, from my brief research, it seems like the Mayan calendar does what everyone elses does, and starts over.
