One of our admins was cleaning and updating some of the blocked IP's for the site- we've have had to block ASIAN IP's due to getting 200+ spammers a day trying to register- and she evidently blocked ALL IP's. I could not get on as well as many many others. I emailed those I had emails for and remember were on the forums so they knew they weren't "banned", this was just some technical glitch. To repeat- NO ONE WAS BANNED AND THE SITE WAS NOT "HACKED."
Godaddy was no help in the situation. The Vbulletin board folks were a HUGE help however!
If you know or talk regularly on email with others from the forum, I'd appreciate you letting them know that no one has been "banned" , the site was not "hacked" but it was a big IP ban mess and yes it even affected me!

I also sent out a mass email to those on the JRH Enterprises email newsletter list and put a note on the JRH Enterprises.com main page about the glitch here. The email list offers us another way to reach people if/when problems like this come up again. So it might be worth clicking on that link at the JRHEnterprises.com site, it's free to you and it proved a good way to get in touch immediately with thousands of people, many of which are on the forums here.
If you know or email with anyone on the forums here, PLEASE contact them and let them know that NO ONE has been 'banned', the site was NOT "hacked", it was a technical glitch and it is now squared away, thank the Lord.
