In what way sully? Would you expand on your thought?Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. So... you live in the District of Columbia, you're an Elector to the Electoral College, and you're in trouble with the law and ?!?!?! I'm confused.... but tha's nothing new I guess.

heehee, I don't think he realized that we actually READ the Constitution here, LOL.
I'm more of the opinion that the 2nd, 4th, and 10th amendments are the ones taking all the trampling these days, and I expect the 1st to be restricted soon.
Also, the 16th shouldn't be in there and the 17th directly contradicts the Founders intent for the make-up of the Legislature.

Most cities say you are required to have a "permit" to assemble for a rally or protest (unless it fits their agenda)... Go and apply for a permit for a "Highly Visible" location and see what kind of restrictions they put on the permit and your assembly??
