  • "Militia Rising" television show.

Went in thinking that this was gonna be a horrible misrepresentation similar to what "Doomsday Preppers" was/is/will continue to be. This show however was quite different. I thought it was a pretty good documentary. They did not skew it at all in the anti-government direction at all. When they spoke of Militia, they talked about how every citizen is the militia as set forth in the Constitution, but the didn't dwell on it. They focused on 3 groups.

One group was a group in Florida that had a place to bug out with plenty of hunting and fishing. They had a spec ops group inside of the main body called the FPG or Family Protection Group. They are the QRF for if a Hurricane strikes and some of their members cannot evac or if they find themselves needing an evac because of the Golden Horde following a Hurricane. They reminded me of the Red Cross, but tactical. I found it to be very patriotic. Nowadays everyone expects the government to save them....well because there is not much of an understanding of our personal responsibilities as the well regulated Militia. The term Militia has been twisted by most sheeple.

Another group was the Arizona Watchmen. They patrol the border and are clear that if they are fired upon, they will exercise their right to defend with deadly force. They followed good OPSEC and had all of their faces, tags, etc, blurred and had their voices muffled electronically. They mexican cartels have $5000 bounties on any of the Arizona Watchmen's heads. They carry sat phones and call the Border Patrol when they find invaders. They don't just sit back and let them escape, they actually try to get the jump on them. Again, that is the well regulated militia protecting our homeland from invasion.

Another group, which seemed to be a bit strange compared to the others, but they still get props for doing something now while they can, is this group in Indiana that live near a town that has a nuke plant. One of the members lives out of the blast and fallout zone, so they store supplies and train there. They are kind hot mess, but they do get it and are training. When you watch them you realize they are newer at this than the other groups. Even so, what seems like rudimentary training now, will be muscle memory reaction when it counts.

All in all, I thought it was a decent show, and I was happy to see that they didn't have a group of crazy anti-government wacko survivalist types. It was basically a show about people taking personal responsibility and addressing their localized threats. Definitely worth a watch.

Thank goodness I was worried after the elections, politics and "The Man" hatin we would run out of stuff to talk about but here comes a good milita show to the rescue.
Ahh AZ, so cute at their age they are. I wont speak on other groups because I dont know anything about them.
The cartels carry out unanswered hits all over the US right now. They engage LEO agencies on both sides of the border. They will engage in fights with up to 100 mexican soldiers in armored vehicles and win with high body counts. They have mutli-million dollar setups right here openly even in this state and have active hands in the running of US prisons and total control of mexican prisons. They actively have even the largest hispanic gangs working FOR them. Located weapons caches in the hundreds and ammo counts in the hundred thousands are a weekly occurance to include grenades which have even been thrown into an American nightclub (still unanswered from years ago). They behead several hundreds of people a year right now to include top government officials. Many years ago they kidnapped a US "expert" who taught what to do and how not to get kidnapped and left all his tricks to be found without his body (still unanswered).
Don't you believe for a second that they have a 5K bounty or wont do what is needed with 4-5 "militia" on "patrol" if they become a real issue. That tacticool bravdo doesnt add up. They are not dealing with cartels, they are dealing with small coyotes and lower level gang members because the cartels dont operate that way. The cartels tax these guys and use much more sophisticated methods than overland border crossings.
Its a good attempt to pump everyones ... and try and show the GREAT work they are doing when right now BICE is openly shut down from exporting, arresting or detaining KNOWN criminals by the current left administration as well as even having segments of the border only covered by cameras and motion detectors and on the other right hand smart elick people who they work for give them lip at known established checkpoints because they ask a question. Talk to some of the border ranchers about some of the cut fences/locks/gates these great workers have done while in "hot pursuit" as nonLEO or trespassing or when they point guns at folks who are on their own place because its dark or they have the wrong skin color even though they are AMERICANS but no one puts them on youcanpostanythingtube and whines about amendment rights.
Take on the cartels, LOL, TV land

Yeah. OPSEC for sure. I dont understand why someone would want to go on these shows. I live in south Texas. Those guys in Arizona either aren't messing with the cartels, don't know any better or just haven't run across them yet. The first thing I said to my wife was 'I damn sure wouldn't be driving my personal vehicle on television talking about fighting the cartels.' Even if that's what I was doing. A whole lotta not smart. :D
