similar story of a burglar suing a homeowner cause they fell thru skylight into kitchen counter/table and broke their back (IMO). This crap should be thrown out immediately since they sustained their injuries while committing a crime...common sense but u know them liberals they ain't got any.

Exactly. I think (and I'm sure you'll ALL agree) that is a HUGE problem with our judicial system. As Alpha says, this should be thrown out. If someone comes in to my house...AND THEN SHOOTS ME (and I survive), he's gonna die. I wont even give him the opportunity to take me to court.

Just once, I'd like to be a judge presiding over a case like this. Lets just say it would be an extremely short case. Then I'd do everything in my power to get the plaintifs attorney disbared for wasteing the courts valuable time.
