Solar activity has been fairly low since the X-Class solar flare early Tuesday morning. Sunspot 1598 has a Beta-Delta magnetic configuration and may produce another strong solar flare within the next 24-48 hours. New Sunspot 1599 was numbered on Tuesday, but is not magnetically complex. The Solar Flux for Oct. 23rd is 142 and the Sunspot number is 84.

How big does the solar flare have to be to knock all these #@%*%# political ads off the air? Geez, I'm starting to look forward to a good EMP!!!
