The Swiss have always been willing and able to cut themselves off from Europe when it was called for. Over the past twenty years they have grown complacent as they perceived the world to be a safer place. Look at the number of deactivated bunkers they now have. They do not want an influx of refugees from all over the place and a lot from Muslim countries like France and England. GB

I'd like to her the results of the exercise. Every adult Swiss has a government issued weapon and load out of ammo (most also have basic load bearing equipment- at least the one I met when I was over there in the early 80's did) in their homes and are subject to call up as militia in time of crisis, I wonder if they were part of the exercise?
