what did you expect? if the military is kept very, very busy, all those well armed, disciplined and trained folks will not notice the BS on the home front. And the Nobel prize rarely goes to a genuine pioneer in the field when they can use it for a more political purpose. I wonder if one pays taxes on that?

would not matter if it was taxable or not with a tax cheat running the treasury dept and charlie R. in congress there is plenty of advice on how to dodge the tax issue
