What an awesome convention. Great speeches. Rubio nailed it.
    Very excited about Nov.
You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?

      I'm with ya, RR.
I voted for Romney in the Florida primary, looking forward to doing it again in November.
The wife and I watched every minute of every speech of the convention on C-Span. When it comes to events such as this regular/cable news can not hold a candle to C-Span.

I agree about watching on C-Span. Last night was the first one we switched to them and I wish we had done it sooner! It was so nice to be able to hear ALL the speeches and see the event without having it "interpreted" for us "little people" by the high and mighty of the media.

Living in a battleground state, there is no question that I'm voting for Romney-Ryan.

I was a little lukewarm about him earlier. I think it is his innate modesty that makes him seem a little stiff and standoffish. After seeing more about him at the convention, I'm proud to say I'm backing such a decent human being.

          rice, jpr,
          nice to have you aboard!!

i suspect we'll have some others..
some folks will wait and consider after they hear the democrats... i'm sure..

          others are praying about it.

others are mad their guy didn't get it and won't vote.

others have never voted but they complain a lot.

          others don't care.

others think their one vote won't matter.

others think that voting isn't religious. (based on whatever faith they follow!)

but they are welcome aboard the romney/ryan train...

the sooner the better, as they will have more time to convince others..
          and this year it's important.
          sincerely,
          rr

I got to see the Romney group head to Lakeland this morning. They closed the whole interstate to get them through. Kind of made you feel proud as they drove by. An man there was a butt load of cops escorting em. I was getting back on the road to head back to Sanford and they stopped us on the ramp, I was about 50ft away when they pass me.

being the same faith that Romney is I wasn't sure that I would vote for him.. I have some reservations however I will support him. if we don't vote we can't cpmplain can we.

I don't know.... I'm afraid if I don't vote for Obama, I'll be labeled a racist. Maybe we should give him one more chance.... I mean, how much worse could he screw things up???

For all those who voted for obama to prove they weren't racist its time to vote against him to prove you're not an idiot. ;)

                    I agree Riverrock - Romney/Ryan for me.

Also, Rice Daddy - CSpan coverage was great. Some of the best speeches and personal stories were not shown on the networks - they were too busy running their mouths.

It will be interesting to see if the networks shortchange the coverage of the Dems convention the way they did the GOP convention... If they give alot more coverage, it will clearly show their bias... On the other hand, I REALLY don't want to watch it just to find out!!

i'm very proud of you guys.
i know some folks on here will vote for barry, or barak or a.k.a
i know some folks won't bother to drive to the voting station.
i know some folks will drive there and write in ron paul.
i know some folks will vote for the libertarian.

the libertarian, the paul and the barry votes, along with teh stay at homes will all be in one stack
the romney/ ryan votes will go in another.

                          BUT I'M PROUD.
over to my right i got wiseowl, rice paddy daddy and jpr 9954 and the dreamer, Benn, miked, monkeybird and 556

crew, let's think of things we can be doing to increase our man's votes.

example... yesterday, a good friend started telling me that he was going to vote for romney, but first he started along speech about his
reservations about romney... i started to snatch his chain... but instead i listened to his speech then POLITELY and CALMLY explained that
the obamanites were not speaking about obama with reservations.. they were doing so with excitement and energy..
i suggested that there were many fence sitters.. and the fence sitter would want to join the team that was decided, and sure, and confident in their man..... so i asked him to be decided and confident and not tell his reservations to other folks...

                          any other suggestions.

anybody else willing to stand with us?

and if someone wants to start a post for jesse jackson, ron paul, newt gingrich, mrs. clinton, your neighbor, suits me.

I dont know anyone personally that isnt voting for R&R..... I dont associate with folks of the left ilk. I tried all my convincing back in 08. Now I just destroy them in online and in person debates.

And you are right, any write ins or Roseanne votes are votes for Barry S.

There will be a major celebration country wide when he is ousted. I guarantee that!
