  • 3 Licensed Conceal Carry people in TN made to remove their Guns.

I wonder how many just didnt standup, but when the movie started again, elbowed their wife or girlfriend and said...."Thats why I carry!!!!"

Not shocked though. I always have carried a flashlight, and a pistol to a movie. EMP hits, those little emergency light might not work. and I will take a misdemeanor over bleeding out anyday.

If people SEE you carrying concealed
    YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG

They are lucky that they were asked and not taken in to jail. But like matt said if you can see it then your not carring it right
Whats the point of having and not knowing how to use? You dont have a car and not know how to drive it do you? Having the tools for the job is worthless with out the knowledge of how to use it!

        Knuckleheads x 10.

If its concealed, no one needs to see it. Especially with all the crap going on, if you are a CCW holder, hide that ish under your shirt or jacket.

Luckily the cops just made them put it in the car. But if I just paid $50 for my family to go see a movie and it was delayed because of this, I would definitely be flicking popcorn at folks :P
You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?

After the movie shooting, I asked gun owners that I know, just to make sure I wasnt the bat doo doo crazy one. They all carry. I live in a town of 3000 and 8 people I know ALL carry in the movies.

I won't be going to any movies without mine.
A lot of places in my area just have the little gun buster signs posted without all the legal jargon on it and that is not really a legal posting. That's just basically saying they don't want you carry a gun in their establishment. I try not to give those places any of my business. If you are dumb enough to get caught, they usually just ask you to leave.
The article also said "Police said the theater sign showing that weapons are prohibited was not large enough to be seen easily, so officers advised that it should be made more visible." So that's the theater's fault and probably why the police didn't push the issue. I personally don't want to have to read a ton of rules on the front door to find out if I'm okay to go inside.
Mall near me is like that. They have a long list of rule posted NEAR SOME entrances. Their rule about no carry in their mall is buried in the middle. NOT properly or legally posted on the doors so...to heck with them.
