Pretty good article with a valid point. Only the people on the ground and in the know really know the magnitude of this situation. I really dont know what to believe anymore unless I lay my own eyes on it.

While I believe that there is/was/and will be problems with the leakage i find this hard to believe that we will are perish because of it. They claim it isnt fear mongering but I didn't see a single solution to the problem. Like many other claims we will see in time.

Also secondly judging from the out of control comments on that web page that wont be a site i will visit often.

But yeah, a lot of fear mongering. I havent seen any pics of mutated folks yet like some of the Chernobyl stuff I saw a few years back on an alternative news site.
Still, I know they found traces of radiation in fruit and veggies in Cali.....

We were in Europe during Chernobyl and yes it is some scary stuff and the first thing we noticed was the change in eggs. the shells were weaker and the yolks changed to a deeper orange. Just prep as normal because we don't need fear as a motivator we are survivalist. I prepare because i have lived thru and seen such things and know what can happen not because the boogieman radiation fear monger tells me to.

...and on the flip side of that same coin, I don't believe any media claims that we are all going to die because of it.

Fearmongering sells and radiation sells, so both together are a commercial slam-dunk. Got rad detection gear? No? You gotta buy some then. Personal protection gear? Better buy some of that too. Buy, buy, buy. Don't forget the positive pressure units for the home and greenhouse, too! :)

Having that equipment isn't bad...but panic buying because of one hot-button event is.

I dont own anything for radiation other than sun tan lotion.

This is a threat but very low on my list.


I remember after that japan nuke disaster, you couldn't find an iodine tablet if you owned an iodine factory
