User title manager

OK, in the admin section it gives a place to give "titles" to users depending on their post count.

I don't think we should get too crazy with this.

Currently it's "Newbie" with zero posts to 30 posts
"Member" from 30 posts to 200

and "Seasoned" from 200 posts on.

Do you we need to bother with any other "titles" or stupid crap like that? Your thoughts?
